If you use the contact form we collect the name, email address, topic and message you submit. If you browse the site we do not set advertising cookies and we do not build a profile of you.
Only to answer your enquiry, handle a warranty claim, or respond to a trade or press request. We do not sell or rent your details.
Form submissions are stored in our own application database. Products are sold through Amazon, so purchases are governed by Amazon's privacy policy, not this one.
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months so that warranty questions can be traced, then deleted.
Write to sales@lumsic.com to ask for a copy of what we hold, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days.
